A woman has been apprehended by the forces of law and order for constantly molesting her 5-years-old son in Yaounde of the Centre Region.
The 5-years-old boy whose name MMI got as Papou had reportedly undergone severe maltreating since his step mother got into his father’s house as wife.
“He has been constantly maltreated by his step mother who has constantly been beating him” a close source revealed.
Reports disclosed that Papou’s mother got married as a single mother.
Her husband however, not supporting the idea of bringing home a child who does not belong to him, left her with no option but to send Papou to Stay with his father.
Papou’s father on his part, later got married to another woman who came into the home with two other kids.
According to sources, each time Papou’s father left for work, Papou would receive all sorts of maltreatment from the step mother.
A source confirmed “Whenever Papou’s father goes to work, his step mother will maltreat him”
The 5-years-old boy is currently undergoing treatment at the Soa district hospital while the step mother on her part, has been put behind bars by the forces of law and order.
