Yaounde: Cameroonian actress Flavienne Tchatat loses house to fire

Cameroonian actress and producer Flavienne Tchatat last night lost her house to fire.

The house is located in Yaounde, Centre region of Cameroon.

The Cameroonian artist recorded the incident on live video yesterday, and was watched by thousands of her fans. She could be seen helplessly stood by and watched her house being consumed by the raging flames.

In the live video, Flavienne explains that she woke up from her sleep to realize that part of the house was on fire and as such, could not determine the cause.

The police have not commented on the incident, so it is not clear yet whether they are treating this as an accident or arson.

It should be noted that a few days back, the actress was the victim of a robbery. She is reported to have lost all the hard drives of her new film “Miraculée” were taken away by the thugs.

There are speculations that the two incidents are related, though MMI could not at this point confirm this.
