Yaoundé: Man arrested for raping 8-year-old daughter to death

Megali Hervé Noah has been arrested for raping his 8-year-old daughter to death in Yaoundé, Center Region of Cameroon.

According to reports, the incident dates back to October 19, 2022, when the father rushed the daughter to the hospital. While at the hospital, it was discovered that the daughter had been raped by the father.

When he realised that his heinous act had been discovered, Hervé Noah took to his heels to an unknown destination.

However, Investigations opened by the judicial police of the Center Region later led to the arrest of the suspect who according to reports had moved to another town.

“The head of the regional division of the judicial police of the Center, divisional commissioner Moïse Emane Emane, took the opportunity to salute the collaboration of the populations,” explained ActuCameroon, noting that, “The alleged murderer will be presented in court in the coming days for trial.”
