Yokaduma: five kids killed in alleged love affair gone sour

Five kids to a single woman have been poisoned in Yokaduma, East Region of Cameroon.

The kids, three boys one girl died after consuming bread and chocolate supposedly given to them by their mother’s ex-boyfriend.

Reports say the bread given the kids was poisoned, and caused their demise shortly after they consumed it. Images of the kids laid out shortly after, began circulating on social media.

The main suspect, the ex lover to the kids’ mother is said to have started dating her when the children lost their father.

Their love story however took a deep dive when the woman’s family expressed its lack of interest in the man.

The man is said to have continued the relationship with the lady but she opted out and decided to move on, going by her family’s wish. Enraged, the now ex boyfriend is said to have promised retribution.

Some time later, the five kids gave in to the cold hands of death after consuming bread he gave them.

Investigations are said to have been opened by the forces of law and order.
