The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon have been placed in Group D ahead of the upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
The group comprises six countries including Cameroon, Cape Verde, Libya, Angola, Eswatini, and Mauritius.
Countries that emerge winners of each group will automatically qualify for the World Cup tournament.
Meanwhile, the four best runners-up from the groups will be able to participate in a Confederation of African Football (CAF) Play-Off tournament.
In total, 48 countries will be expected to compete in the 2026 World Cup tournament scheduled to run from June 11 to Saturday 19, 2026, hosted by Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
