The Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute has held talks with the Archbishop of the Metropolitan diocese of Douala Tuesday May 26th 2020 in Yaounde. They discussed on the Archbishop’s COVID-19 treatment produced recently.
According the state radio, CRTV, government is ready to assist in the project. The Archbishop according to the PM will work closely with government’s anti COVID-19 team.
Archbishop Samuel Kleda says the medicine has treated close to 1500 COVID-19 patients.
Earlier, a delegation from the Ministry of public health met the Archbishop in Douala with a plan of a scientific examination of the herbal COVID-19 medicine. A move the Archbishop has appreciated.
Note that besides the Archbishop, other traditional herbal medicine specialists say they have equally produced different cures to the COVID-19 though their cures have not attracted attention by the state.
