The tensions between the American citizens and the police after the death of black American George Floyd have not died down yet. Protesters in the USA even after the burial of Floyd are still on the streets making themselves heard to power.

U.S president Donald Trump once more threatened to intervene in the Seattle’s Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone agreed by both demonstrators and the police for the area to be tension free. The President made nonsense of the agreement and asked the mayor to take charge lest he intervenes.

“Take back your city now. If you don’t do it, I will” Trump warned Mayor Jenny Durkan together with the governor of the state of Washington Jay Inslee in a tweet while equally referring to the demonstrators as democratic terrorists who have taken over Seattle.

He followed suit by sending more offensive tweets targeting the Democrat governor and mayor while equally calling the protesters of the Seattle Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone “Democratic Terrorist”, warning them the situation was serious and not up to be used for games. The Mayor of Seattle fired back in a tweet asking trump to “Make us all safe, go back to your bunker” mocking the president of his forgettable ordeal when protests outside the White House rather forced the president to put the White House in a blackout and secretly accompanied to a bunker at the house for his safety.

It is not the first time that the president of the USA has threatened to send the military to intervene in protest stricken states of America. Before this he had equally threatened to send military to intervene in the state of Minnesota, calling the governor and the police chief in charge of the state weak and incapable to deal with vandals.
