At start of new football season:
PWD Bamenda Supporters Decry Poor Treatment In Mbouda

Some supporters of the Public Works Department , PWD Bamenda have lamented what they say was the poor treatment given them in Mbouda, West region Wednesday.

They had travelled in their numbers to watch the opening encounter of the new football season at the Mbouda Municipal Stadium. The match pitted PWD Bamenda against Bamboutous of Bouda.

According to some of the PWD supporters they were left stranded in Mbouda. Others said they had not seats to sit on to watch the match.

Added to the situation, some said the treatment adds the deplorable road on which the travelled to watch the game. They said before they could arrive the stadium, all the seats were already occupied.

Among those who witnessed the encounter was the President of the Cameroon Football Federation, FECAFOOT, Samuel Eto’o Fils.
