Lessons have remained suspended at Government High School Ebone in the Moungo Division of the littoral region of Cameroon till date. The school is experiencing an uneasy calm, two days after its principal and his daughter were violently attacked, Mimi Mefo Info has learnt.
Adolphe Tambe is currently receiving medical treatment at the Nkongasamba regional hospital after he was wounded with a machete by former students of the school.

Speaking on Nkongsamba FM, a local radio station, the principal said armed former students stormed the school in search of two discipline masters. They accused the latter of brutalising learners.
As the discipline masters were not on seat, the vented their anger on the principal. The armed former students are still at large.
