Barrister Akere Muna urges government to release prof. Maurice Kamto, Sisiku Ayuk Tabe and co

Barrister Akere Muna has taken to his Twitter page to call for the release of Prof Maurice Kamto, Sisiku Ayuk Tabe and co .

He says they must be included on the list of those to benefit from the Presidential pardon, for peace to return to Cameroon.

“Again, I salute this second wave of releases by President Biya and I hope it covers Prof. Kamto, my learned colleague Michelle Ndoki and my good friend Valsero and the other leaders. We look forward to the liberation of Sisiku Ayuk Tabe and all others. Peace has no price.” Barrister Akere Muna wrote on Twitter.

One day after ordering the release of 333 persons arrested within the crisis, President Paul Biya said proceedings against some leaders and supporters of the Cameroon Renaissance movement party of Prof Maurice Kamto, should be discontinued.
