Biya appoints Rectors in three state Universities

President Paul Biya has appointed pioneer rectors of some newly created state Universities.


He has also named chairpersons of gorvening boards of same Institutions.


The decrees were made public on Friday June 3.

The three Cameroon Universities include those of Bertoua, Ebolowa and Garoua.


According to the decrees, Mr Wongolo Bernard and Mr Etoua Remy have been appointed chairperson of the gorvening board and rector, respectively in the university of Bertoua.

As for the University of Ebolowa, Mr Mvondo Evezo’o and Mr Etoa Etoa Jean were appointed chairperson of the governing board and rector, respectively.


Meanwhile, Mr Souley Douada alongside Mr Boubakari Oumarou have respectively been appointed chairperson of the governing board and rector of the University of Garoua.
