The President of the Cameroonian Football Federation, FECAFOOT has appointed Patrick Mboma as Indomitable Lions’ Ambassador.
Samuel Eto’o Fils appointed Mboma today Friday June 10, during a ceremony he chaired at the Fecafoot headquarters in Yaounde.
At the end of the ceremony, a cheque of 50 million CFA was handed over to the victims of the Olembe Stampede, by the Samuel Eto’o.

At least eight people died and 38 injured in the stampede when fans stormed the stadium hosting the Africa Cup of Nations soccer match.
At the time of the incident, the newly constructed stadium in Yaounde was hosting the game between Cameroon and Comoros on January 24, 2022 when the incident happened.
