The selection of these candidates followed the publication of their banns on December 29, 2024, January 5, 2025, and January 12, 2025. The banns allowed for public scrutiny and feedback before their final approval for ordination. Churches in the diocese read them to christians.

As part of preparations, the Diocese has called for a second collection in all parishes on Palm Sunday, April 13, 2025. This will support the organisation of the event. The faithful are urged to keep the candidates in prayer as they prepare for their lifelong commitment to serving the Church.
