Félicité Ngangue Nson has been appointed Chief Executive Director of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited. She is the first woman to hold this position in the company’s history.
Nson is a Cameroonian national with over 20 years of experience in the brewing industry. She has held various positions at Guinness Cameroon, including Marketing Director and Sales Director. She was also the Managing Director of Guinness Cameroon from 2019 to 2022.
In her new role, Nson will be responsible for leading the growth and development of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited. She will also be tasked with driving the company’s sustainability agenda.
Nson is a graduate of the University of Yaounde II in Cameroon. She also holds an MBA from the ESSEC Business School in France.
Her appointment is a major milestone for women in business in Ghana and Africa as a whole. It is a sign of the progress that is being made in terms of gender equality in the workplace.
Nson is a highly qualified and experienced leader who is well-positioned to take Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited to the next level. She is passionate about the brewing industry and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of her employees and the communities in which she works.
