Awa Lamaré crowned Miss Africa France

A Cameroonian young woman by the name Awa Lamaré has been crowned winner of the prestigious Miss Africa France contest.
The third edition of the said contest took place on Friday, July 7 in Paris, the capital city of France.
“She was chosen out of 9 talented applicants from various African countries,” a source stated, adding that “Awa Lamaré captivated the jury and the spectators with her eloquence, her natural grace, her elegance, and her overflowing energy.”
The young miss according to local reports is planning to open a library for African children, mainly Cameroonians who have difficulties in reading.
Miss Africa France contest is a cultural event aiming to highlight the Cultures and Customs of the African Continent through its Beauty Ambassadors.
