Luc Ndjodo, Prosecutor General at the Supreme Court of Cameroon, has been confirmed dead. News of his passing emerged earlier today. He served as the state’s principal legal representative before Cameroon’s highest judicial body.
Long-Standing Judicial Career
Luc Ndjodo was a senior magistrate with a career spanning more than four decades. He entered the magistracy in 1978 and held several key positions in both regional and national judicial institutions. His career included postings as Deputy State Counsel in Douala and assignments in Mokolo, Mbalmayo, Nkongsamba, and various courts of appeal.
He was appointed Prosecutor General at the Supreme Court in 2015, where he became a central figure in state prosecution and high-level judicial oversight.
