CPDM’ Samuel Moth’s Opinion On President Biya Changing the Country’s Name

“…it is possible to believe that one of the reasons why the name of the country was changed from the United Republic of Cameroon to the Republic of Cameroon was to solidify the national unity we had longed for. If we kept referring calling it the “United Republic” then it meant we were still thriving for Unity which we believed we had already.”
