A business man lost his life today in Mutengene, South West region in the hands of armed men. Reports say he was shot by the armed men right inside his own house. The exact reason as well as the identity of the shooters remains unknown.


Journalist, Debeau Andebe is no more. The former Canal 2 and vision 4 pressman died today after an illness. Loved ones and colleagues have been sending messages of condolences to his family.


Activities to mark this year’s youth day in the North West Region have been launched. This was in a ceremony at the Bamenda military stadium, chaired by governor Adolphe Lele L’Afrique. The day would be commemorated in February 11th.

Hayatou was suspended by FIFA’s Independent Ethics Committee for signing a contract “contrary to competitive principles” while he was interim FIFA President. He stayed on the sidelines of world football for half a year before CAS overturned the FIFA suspension.



Senator Mbella Moki Charles has joined many others to encourage Lions’ forward, Clinton Njie. This was after demeaning comments and videos directed by the player on social media, after he missed last night’s penalty kick against Egypt.


Cameroon tomorrow battles for third place in the Africa Cup of Nations after it lost to Egypt last night. The lions would face Burkina Faso which was battered 3-1 by Senegal at the semifinals.
