A teacher by name Alfred Nobel is accused of having raped a two-year-old pupil in during school hours in Yassa, Douala in the Littoral Region.
The incident, reports say, took place today October 13, 2022 at the Yassa Bilingual School.
In some images circulating on social media, a pant said to be that of the little child can be seen fully stained with blood.
The exact circumstances which led to the rape of the toddler are yet to be identified. However, medical reports confirmed that the two-year-old girl was sexually violated.
The teacher in question has been arrested and placed under custody by the forces of law and order while investigations are being carried out.
