The Northern club has been summoned by the Federal Commission for Approval and discipline of the Cameroonian football federation to pay a sum of FCFA 1,925,000 to player, Christian Landry Kemssu Kom, following the termination of his contract.

The federation has warned that failure to do so before August 12, 2020 will see the 15 times division one champions relegated to the second division.

“We warn you to kindly within eight days of receipt of this execute without reservation and as a whole, the decision number 049/FECAFOOT/CNR/2019, rendered on September 04, 2019 by National chamber resolution of dispute with FECAFOOT.”

” Failure by you to comply within the aforementioned period, the Federal commission for Approval and Discipline will apply the provision of article 64(1-c) of the FECAFOOT Disciplinary code in particular relegation of the team” threatened the federation.

The club will be fined an additional 200,000FCFA in addition to the above amount to be paid to the player. The club was accused of not respecting the clause of the 5 years contract they offered to Landry Kemssu which provided the player a monthly income of 50,000 FCFA.
