Islamic Solidarity Games: Cameroon’s Volleyball Men qualify for finals

The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in the volleyball category have qualified for the finals Islamic Solidarity volleyball game ongoing in Turkey.

Yesterday August 14, 2022, The Lions faced Turkey to qualify for the finals.

The host country however witnessed a 3-1 defeat by the Indomitable Lions.



Guy Roger Nanga’s players thus obtained their qualification ticket for the final, where the vice-champions of Africa will face Iran, who defeated Azerbaijan 3-1.

It should be noted that the Women’s Volleyball ball team on their part lost the semi-finals in a match which took place yesterday August 14, against the host country, Turkey.



The match ended with a 3-0 score in favor of Turkey.

They will however try to win the bronze medal during the match for 3rd place.
