“Joshua Osih received money to sell the 2018 presidential elections” – Hon Jean Michel Nintcheu

Relations between the two SDF bigwigs have come under immense scrutiny especially after Hon. Joshua Osih signed the correspondence addressed by some Cameroonian Parliamentarians to the U.S Congress.

The Regional President for Littoral, Jean Michel Nintcheu has now gone further by claiming that Joshua Osih sold the presidential election race to the regime in 2018.

Speaking in an interview with Equinoxe Radio, Jean Michel Nintcheu literally tore into the National Vice President of the Social Democratic Front, Joshua Osih.

“He has to resign immediately,” Nintcheu said. “He’s a clown… Let him get away…” he added in an avalanche of insults directed at Hon. Joshua Osih.

Hon. Nintcheu used these harsh words following reports on corruption claims directed at the Osih concerning the 2018 Presidential Elections. “4 days before the presidential election itself, what was he (Joshua Osih) doing at the Civil Cabinet? Let him tell us how much he received from the regime than to forfeit the race and to frustrate Kamto,” Nintcheu insinuated.

The SDF regional president for Littoral also added that he is ready to face off Joshua Osih on a panel if he thinks the accusations he is giving are pointless. Nintcheu followed up his accusations by implying that Sultan Ibrahim Mbombo Njoya was present at the time Joshua Osih received money from the Presidency.

“He has betrayed the Cameroonian people gravely,” Nintcheu said, adding that the national VP of the SDF ought to resign for such treachery and abuse of confidence bestowed upon him.

The conflict between Michel Nintcheu and Joshua Osih was accentuated after the resolutions of the executive committee meeting of the Social Democratic Front this weekend in Yaoundé.

During the meeting which was chaired by National President, Ni John Fru Ndi, Joshua Osih was asked to withdraw his signature from the petition which some Parliamentarians had written in favor of the repatriation of Cameroonians in the U.S. The petition was signed by 59 CPDM supporters and two SDF MPs.
