Arsenal came from a two goal deficit to secure a crucial 3-2 victory against Bournemouth.

It has been an afternoon of absolutely thrilling football at the Emirates.

Billing shot Bournemouth ahead with just nine seconds after the game’s opening kickoff. With Senesi’s header giving the visitors a second goal just after the break, Arsenal found themselves facing an uphill battle.

With his tap-in, Partey launched a remarkable comeback, but two substitutes finished the job:

Nelson set up White for the equaliser and then, in stoppage time, a beautiful half-volley gave the Gunners the victory!

After being winless in 65 such games before to today, Arsenal has now triumphed in a Premier League game when they have trailed by two goals or more for the first time since February 2012 against Tottenham (5-2).

In their last four Premier League games, Bournemouth has lost three of the games in which they had a two-goal or more lead (W1).

After Alexis Sánchez’s penalty against Burnley in January 2017, Reiss Nelson’s victory (96:57) was Arsenal’s second-latest 90th-minute victory in the Premier League (since 2006–07). (97:14).

The Gunners have maintained their five point lead at the top of the table after Manchester City closed the gap with their win over Newcastle earlier in the day
