Man shot dead on way to work in Ekondo Titi

A man by name Simon is said to have been shot dead in Ekondo Titi, South West Region of Cameroon.

He was shot on the morning of August 4, 2022, at Ekondo Beach.

The business man, said to be the president of the beach was on his way to the beach when the incident occurred.

According to a source, “He left his house this morning and was going to his job site. We only heard that his lifeless body was taken to Ekondo Titi Baptist Health Center.”

Our source went on to say “Mr Simon was shot by unknown gunmen, we cannot tell whether they are Amba or not, because no one has claimed responsibility do far.”

Another source disclosed to MMI Simon was ” A native of kom in the North West Region.”

The corpse is presently in the mortuary in Limbe, pending burial.

Meanwhile, the perpetrator(s) of the act and the reason for the murder is not known at the moment.
