A man was brutally beaten up by a group of unidentified men in red in Douala as bike riders staged a protest today.
A source however confirmed that the man had nothing to do with the protesting bike riders, but was targetted and beaten up as a crowd watched helplessly.
“This guy wasn’t even among the bikers who were throwing stones but they beat him like a thief,” remarked one of the onlookers.
The violence broke out as bike riders blocked roads in protest against treatment by municipal authorities.
