Mbankomo: One dies in fatal road accident

One passenger has died in a fatal road accident along the Mbankomo highway, in the Center region.

According to other occupants of the vehicle and eyewitnesses, the victim who was inside the small car which had lost control tried saving himself by jumping out of the moving car.

With the speed of the uncontrollable vehicle, the risk taken by the overly frightened passenger as a means of saving his life was rather more costly to him than he had expected.

After several spins and hitting the roadside, the now shattered vehicle finally stopped, and the other occupants in the car sustained just some minor injuries.
