One All Sports Terminates Contract, Sues BEE Group for €1 Million Over Unpaid Debt.

By Washira Helene

One All Sports, a sportswear company, has filed a lawsuit against BEE Group, its distributor, for failing to pay €1 million in outstanding debt. BEE Group has been selling Oneallsports products without giving them the money. The lawsuit, which was filed in a court in Paris, alleges that BEE Group sold One All Sports products without giving the company the proceeds.

The information is contained in a document signed by David Mendelsohn, the CEO and Founder of One All Sports, dated today 19th July 2023.

“Since 2022, the Bee Group has not paid into FECAFOOT or ONEAllSports account, and has withheld all payments owed on the orders placed, products supplied and agreed contract terms,” the statement read in part.

The last payment made by BEE Group was in November 2022. Since then, the company has failed to make any further payments, despite repeated requests from One All Sports.

One All Sports is seeking €1 million in damages, as well as interest and legal fees. The company is also seeking an injunction to prevent BEE Group from selling any more of its products.

The lawsuit is the latest in a series of legal challenges facing BEE Group. In recent months, the company has been sued by several other businesses for failing to pay debts.

Patrick Timani, the CEO of BEE Group, has denied any wrongdoing. He has said that the company is facing financial difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The case is scheduled to go to trial on July 20, 2023.
