Paul Henri Masso has condemned the continuous construction of state buildings and other public structures without taking into consideration the needs of people living with physical disabilities in Cameroon.
Shortly after casting his vote for the first regional election in Cameroon, the municipal councilor of the Douala 4 Council says he expects a lot from the regional councils.
“As a handicapped person, I think regional councils should fill the gap that local councils and the central government could not do all these years.”
Despite this , some election observers say nothing much will change given that powers will still be in the hands of the executive in Yaounde.
