President Paul Biya addresses Muslim community as they celebrate Eid al-Fitr

Cameroon’s president, Paul Biya has taken on Twitter to wish the Muslims community a happy Ramadan feast.

In a brief message which was also shared on his Facebook page, Mr Biya said “Joyeuse fête du Ramadan à tous les Musulmans! Happy Eid al-Fitr to all Muslims!”

The president also declared this Friday, April 21, a public holiday in Cameroon.
