Reckless driver crushes Pastor to death in Garoua

A pastor whose name MMI obtained as ‘Jeremie’ has died in Djoumassi, Garoua, in the North Region of Cameroon — following an accident on January 24th, 2023.

He was killed by a reckless driver, who, according to reports, was driving above the speed limit in the area.

The pastor was riding his bicycle when he was killed.

According to reports, Jeremie died on the spot. Investigations revealed that the vehicle had no matriculation.

The driver was caught, and the angry crowd was about to kill him until members of the gendarmerie stepped in and saved him.

The corpse of the pastor was later transported to the mortuary pending burial.
