Sixty agents of Chad’s Road Safety Group (GSR) have officially received their first aid training completion certificates following a session organized by the Hariri International Clinic.

The ceremony took place on the premises of this modern medical facility, in the presence of the Minister of Public Security and Immigration, Corps General Ali Ahmat Aghabache, accompanied by senior officials of the internal security forces.

As first responders to traffic accident scenes, road safety agents hold a strategic position in the emergency response chain. Aware of this critical importance, the Hariri International Clinic initiated this training to strengthen their rapid intervention capabilities, save lives, reduce complications, and secure victims while awaiting the arrival of specialized medical teams.

The Commander of the GSR, Principal Commissioner Allafi Gygli Tati, praised this pioneering initiative while expressing his gratitude to the Public Security leadership for this forward-looking vision in service of the citizens.

For his part, the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of the Hariri International Clinic, Dr. Mahamat Abdoulaye Hariri, reiterated the deeply humanitarian mission of his institution: to serve without distinction and contribute, through training, to the protection of human life.

In his closing remarks, Minister Ali Ahmat Aghabache emphasized that the safety of Chadians, as championed by the Head of State, Marshal Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, remains an absolute priority. Training road safety agents, he noted, is a concrete and effective action in support of public safety and health.

He further commended and encouraged the civic engagement of the Hariri International Clinic.

As a token of appreciation, a certificate of honor was presented to the Minister of Public Security and Immigration for his leadership and steadfast support for initiatives aimed at strengthening the capacity of security forces to protect and ensure the well-being of the population.
