The Senior Divisional Officer, SDO, for Meme has sent a grim message to Cameroonians living in the diaspora to immediately stop sponsoring the ongoing gun battle caused by the Anglophone crisis that has completely destroyed his hitherto beautiful and peaceful area of command.

Chamberlain Ntou’ou Ndong dished out the warnings Wednesday November 21, 2018 at the premises of the Kumba District Hospital. He was presiding over an event to official receive medical equipment donated by the Association of K.Town Boys living in Atlanta, USA.

The SDO told his audience comprising a cross section of his collaborators, personnel of the hospital, patients and others that the Division has being experiencing a lot of crying and fighting and so the donation was a way to wipe out the constant tears of the people of Meme.
While lauding the initiative of the Association of K.Town Boys in Atlanta to donate medical equipment worth FCFA 300 million, Ntou’ou Ndong, warned other diaspora Cameroonians spread across other continents and countries to with immediate effect put an end to the sponsoring they are giving to the ongoing crisis in the two English speaking regions in general and Meme Division in particular.

“I want to warn the diaspora Cameroonian inhabitants to stop sending guns, bullets, tramadol, and other weapons used in destroying our beloved Meme Division,” Ntou’ou Ndong cautioned while advising that it was time for the few misguided youths to lay down their arms as instructed by the Head of State and embark on a new life that will help in the reconstruction of the Division and their villages.

The SDO immensely appreciated the gesture of K.Town boys living in Atlanta and urged all traditional authorities in Meme to immeasurably pray to the gods of the land to show more favour and blessings to the works of the K.Twon boys over in America as well caution those back home to give peace a chance by laying down their weapons.
