Secondary Education Minister, Professor Nalova Lyonga Pauline is about now visiting various centres where candidates are taking the Common Entrance Examination into Form One.
More than 250, 000 children are taking the exams nationwide.
The visit which began today at 9:00am has taken the minister to several centres in Yaoundé. Accompanied by her close collaborators, the Minister began the visit at the Collège de la Retraite situated at the heart of Yaoundé. She later visited another centre lodged at the Government Technical School in the Ngoa Nkelle neighborhood.
The Minister has challenged the various officials to ensure proper conduct of the exams.
The exam is also unfolding in other parts of the country.
Candidates are taking exercise in the North West and South West regions.
