Three Civilians Killed in Buea Friday

Three civilians have been shot dead in one of the camps of the Cameroon Tea Estate CTE in Tole this early morning.
One of the victims is Deiudonne Ofon, a taxi driver.
Over a dozen other person’s who were shot are in the hospital.

This is after the military this morning invaded a camp five hosting IDPs and those who escaped military-Amba onslaught.
This followed a gun exchange between them and the pro-independence fighters.

“Most residents in the camp are people who had relocated there from their houses because of constant attack by the military in Tole town….they thought going to stay in this camp will be save for them but the military still went to the camp this morning at about 4:00am, attacked them and killed two unarmed civilians who tried to run from their heavy shootings,” a source told Mimi Mefo Info
