Users of Babadjou/Bamenda road in the North West region of Cameroon say the bad nature of the road in the area has become a nightmare for them and is an epitome of government’s neglect of the North West region. Last weekend, passengers trekked from Mile 2, Akum following the deplorable state of road. Users are calling on the Minister of public works and the government to intervene.

What will be the future of Cameroon’s economy as PM Dion Ngute is expected to meet members of a cartel of business men in Cameroon, GICAM? The head of government is expected in Douala, Cameroon’s economic capital tomorrow Tuesday. GICAM has earlier condemned a dubious judicial process in Cameroon saying it’s a hindrance to business in Cameroon.

Villagers of Tadu, in Bui Division have escaped to bushes after a military invasion. The invasion has led to the death of three persons, and a dozen of houses and livestock burnt entirely.

Coton Sport de Garoua had registered a 1-0 win against ACF Jaraaf of Senegal at the first leg of the CAF Confederation cup. The win gives them an edge over their Senegalese opponents going into the second leg to qualify for the semis.

LGBTQ activist, Bar. Alice Nkom has criticised Government’s prosecution of gay persons in the country. According to her, LGBTQ persons in Cameroon are now living in constant fear and terror of the unknown.
