Emmanuel Kwa Dika, Regional Delegate of Elections Cameroon for the South Region says registration on the electoral list is the most legitimate way for parties to let their voices heard when election is announced. He has been visiting towns in the South region.


The Lamido of Garoua has made his first outing from Garoua after his enthronement. Lamido Ibrahim Rachidini arrived Yaounde. Natives of Garoua living in Yaounde have called on the new Lamido to tackle issues affecting the locals.


The academic program of secondary schools have been covered by up to 85 % for this school year. This revelation was made by the Minister of secondary education in a cabinet meeting today. Critics say the statistics are not valid for schools in Lebialem Division and other insecure places in the anglophone regions of Cameroon.

Cameroon has maintained a lowly 55th position in the latest FIFA rankings of footballing powerhouses. Cameroon has the coming international break and friendly games at hand to improve their position on the world stage.
