Days back, over ten inhabitants of Small Babanki village in the North West region were killed in a military raid.
The soldiers led by Captain Bakary locals say entered the village under the cover of darkness, wreaking havoc till dawn.
Contrary to communication Minister, Emmanuel Sadi, locals say of the over ten killed, just one was a separatist fighter and the rest innocent civilians including women and kids.
Days after the horrible incident, most residents are her to return to the village for fear of being killed too.
Others remain stranded as their homes were set ablaze and property destroyed.
Desperate, the victims of the Babanki military attack have launched an appeal for aid, and support to be able to get back on their feet.
