The president of the West regional football league has reacted to a suspension decision issued by Fecafoot.
His reaction is contained in a release signed on June 1, 2022.
The release reiterated that the actual president of the West regional football league is not Kouedem Norbert but rather François Koudem.
The suspension was termed baseless, an attempt at gross usurpation and as well said to have no legal basis.
The note stated, “He indicates for all practical purposes that if by chance this so-called suspension were to relate to his person, such forfeiture can only be null, of no effect and void because it has no legal basis and is taken by one or more unqualified persons(s) “
Potential trouble makers who according to the note have made violation of their position in the governing body of the fecafoot, were warned in the release.
The West regional football league promised to provide an appropriate response to them in accordance with legal remedies.
The public was also assured that the president of the West regional football league, François Kouedem still remains in charge.
