Another ghastly road accident was recorded yesterday at Nkossong road, towards Dschang in the West Region. The tragic incident caused the death of a lady.
A police officer was also seriously injured in the accident.
The accident happened as a 30-seater bus ran into a house after probably losing control and running off the road.
The mini bus which belong to the Mbouconc Travel Agency had left from Melong and was traveling towards the West Region when the incident occured around a police checkpoint.
The car destroyed a nearby provision store where the female victim stood. She was rushed to the hospital immediately after the incident, where she later on died.
One of the police officers at the checkpoint is also receiving treatments after equally being hit by the bus.
