“Women who bleach their skin never live above 60” Prof. Jean Bahebeck

Popular political analyst, Professor Jean Bahebeck has watered down the myth of skin bleaching amongst women.

He has referred to it as an extremely dangerous phenomenon, as victims do not live for long.

The political analyst made these assertions in one of his numerous outings on Canal 2 International. According to Professor Bahebeck, “Women who bleach their skin never live above 60 years old.”

He also lauded the Public Health Minister’s recent fight against skin bleaching agents. To him, the Minister is doing the right thing to save the lives of several women from skin bleaching cosmetics.

His outburst is also a direct reaction to the ongoing woes between Dr. Manaouda Malachie, and the PCRN lawmaker, Nourane Foster. The spite between the pair got heated after Hon. Nourane was ordered to shut down her bleaching cosmetics business.

Professor Bahebeck thinks the Minister is right and has also advised the Member of Parliament to simply change her line of business.

“I advise her to do away with the harmful products in her business. She could replace them with perfumes, soap, etc, but not that…” he suggested.
