The Senior Divisional Officer for Wouri, Mboutou Benjamin has pleaded with the Cameroon Brewing Company (Les brasseries du Cameroun) to provide drinks and beer at his mother’s funeral.

The plea, contained in a note addressed to the director general of “Les brasseries du Cameroun” was signed on May 25, 2022.

This follows the demise of the SDO’s mother on May 8, 2022 at the Yaounde Central hospital as result of illness.

“In this painful circumstance, I request from your benevolence, support (drinks and draft beer) for the funeral which will take place from June 17 to 18, 2022” He pleaded.

The note however, has caused a stir on many social media platforms.
