The UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) has confirmed that Cameroon received an addition £4.5 million (3.3 Billion FCFA) of foreign aid in 2020 bringing the total sum for the year to £13.5 million (9.9 Billion FCFA).
