Inhabitants of Weh village in the Menchum Division, North West Region are still without information on the five teachers kidnapped this morning by armed men.
These five teachers were taken from the Government Bilingual High School, Weh in Menchum division and to an undisclosed location.
According to revelations, the five teachers; Joseph Mukong, Felix Akwe, David Che, Vera Mancho, and Marie Claire Fuh were kidnapped by heavily armed men with no clear identities.
An investigation has already been initiated to track down the whereabouts of the kidnapped teachers and the gunmen.
This recent kidnap adds to a list of other security concerns experienced in the anglophone regions recently, including the assassination of Senator Henry Kemende in Bamenda.
