Ayah Paul Decries International Conspiracy Around Biya’s National Dialogue Announcement

Ayah Paul Abine, onetime Member of Parliament on the ticket of the ruling CPDM and former Supreme Court Judge has described as an international conspiracy the dialogue announcement made by President Paul Biya.
In a reaction titled “international conspiracy”, the onetime Presidential Candidate wrote:

“There was a famous politician of Southern Cameroons/West Cameroon (from Mamfe) who was well known for his two-word participation in parliamentary debates.
“When some Members of Parliament spoke in favour of, say, a motion on the floor of the House, he sprang on his feet and declared: “I concur”. He did likewise when another Member of Parliament spoke against the very motion.

“In George Orwell famous novel, Animal Farm, the general rule was that “No animal shall kill another”. When a motion was tabled as to whether as between the cat and the rat there should be an exception, the Cat voted for the exception and against the exception.

“The international community or, at least, part of the international community hastened to declare their support for the Swiss mediation in the Anglophone War. Within months, their stance appears to have suffered discernible PIGMENTED METAMORPHOSES!

“All this, juxtaposed with the recent CNN unbalanced report, does conjure up tangible apprehension about imminent cataclysm from the advanced state of moral decadence globally condoned by passivity or even by arrogant participation.

“Beyond whatever the magnitude of one’s abiding faith, there often is the temptation that cast doubts on the biblical assertion that the gates of the underworld shall not prevail against GOOD. To say the least, the time machine in our time appears to be walking in reversal in the moral conspectus! Even as we believe that GOOD shall eventually triumph, some issues remain pertinent, urgent and pressurizing –
THE REAL VALUE OF SUCH TRIUMPH:

“AFTER SUCH IMMENSE DESTRUCTION
AFTER SUCH IMMENSE HUMAN SUFFERING
AFTER SUCH IMMENSE WASTE OF HUMAN LIVES

MAN
YOU ARE EVER ALONE
YOU ARE EVER ALL ALONE
DEPENDENT ON THYSELF ALONE”
