Chad: Boko Haram kills 92 soldiers injures dozens

“The attack is the deadliest in five years. 92 of our soldiers have been killed and 47 others wounded. We need to stand together as a people to fight the common enemy” president Idriss Derby said after the attack.

According to BBC, 92 soldiers killed were ambushed by Boko Haram insurgents.

More than 1.000 Chadians have been displaced since the beginning of terrorist activities by the insurgents in 2015.

Boko Haram insurgents have been attacking citizens of Cameroon, Nigeria and Chad with the intention of conquering and building an Islamic Caliphate.
