The preselected Intermediate Lions currently camping in Yaoundé face their biggest test yet when they take on Elite One Side Dragon FC of Yaoundé in a friendly match at the Ngoa Ekelle (Military) stadium in Yaoundé from 5pm this Wednesday November 27.
The match being the first test against a top tier is part of the preselected intermediate lions training programme under coach Yves Clement Arroga as he prepares to build a team for the African Nations Championship CHAN Cameroon 2020.
According to Coach Arroga, the friendly is to access the work done so far and get a clearer view of who will be retained for the next training camp.
The recently appointed director of CHAN 2020 Michel Dissake Mbarga is the latest high profile personality to visit the preselected Intermediate lions in camp after, National Team Coach Antonio C. da Sylva and his assistants.
Team Doctor Dr Ndengue Samuel Brice has confirmed that all 28 players in camp are in good health and fit for the friendly.
Dragon FC of Yaoundé will certainly want to use the game to prepare for their next outing in the Elite One Championship.
