Douala: Authorities announce emergency security meeting to quell criminal gang

Samuel Ivaha Diboua, Governor of the Littoral Region of Cameroon has called for an emergency meeting today.

The aim of the meeting is to address the security threat posed by a notorious gang, who called themselves le microbes — loosely translated into English as “microbes”

Members of the criminal gang have been wrecking havoc in the city of Douala for several days now, at night and in broad daylight.

The security meeting will take place at 11:00AM
