A woman, in Batouri, East Region of Cameroon, is said to have been butchered to death by her husband’s ex-wife.
According to reports, the victim happened to be newly wedded to her husband who had divorced his now ex-wife.
Not being able to digest the fact that her ex-husband had brought in a new wife, the woman resorted to storming the victim’s room while the latter was asleep, and butchering her to death with the use of a machete.
Latest reports indicate that the husband and his ex-wife have been arrested by gendarmes and put under custody for further investigations.
