Matches on Day Two of the MTN Elite One Championship delivered exciting football action across the country on Sunday, February 1, 2026, with Dynamo Douala and PWD Bamenda emerging as major winners, while several encounters ended in goalless draws.

At the Bepanda Annex Stadium in Douala, Dynamo Douala recorded an impressive 3–1 victory over Victoria United. Vittel Feumi opened the scoring in the 45th minute, before Jules Armand Kooh and Luke Kenda extended Dynamo’s lead in the second half with goals in the 52nd and 58th minutes respectively.

Victoria United briefly responded through Sterly Peto, who scored in stoppage time of the first half, but their hopes of a comeback were dashed after goalkeeper Nkomo was sent off, leaving his team with ten men.

In Yaounde, AS Fortuna and Aigle de la Menoua played out a 0–0 draw, with both sides failing to break the deadlock despite several scoring chances.

Another goalless encounter was recorded in Bafang, where Unisport Bafang and Panthère du Ndé shared the spoils after a tightly contested match that produced few clear opportunities.

At the Bamenda Proximity Stadium, PWD Bamenda produced one of the standout performances of the day, thrashing Stade Renard 4–1 in front of their home fans. The Abakwa Boys displayed attacking brilliance and defensive discipline to secure all three points.

In Garoua, Cotonsport and Aigle du Moungo were held to a 0–0 draw, while Gazelle FA edged Colombe du Dja 2–1 in a closely fought contest.

In more action, Fauve Azur claimed a narrow 1–0 away victory over Canon Yaounde, further intensifying the competition at the top of the table.

A total of 13 goals were scored on Match Day Two, one fewer than on the previous round.
