Reports say Immeuble Ekang, the headquarters of all businesses owned by Amougou Belinga is currently being searched.
Gendarmerie officials headed to the building after visiting, where the mutilated corpse of Martinez Zogo was found in Soa, Yaounde.
Unconfirmed reports say Martinez Zogo was murdered at the basement of the Ekang building.
The structure which recently went operational is situated in the heart of the capital city next to the Yaounde Multipurpose sports complex.
